Our tea

Since 1883, Gorreana has been producing organic green and black tea. All tea is derived from the Camellia sinensis plant, a small tree in the theaceae family. These leaves, depending on the process, will produce one of the three main forms of tea: green, black and oolong.

Within the black tea category, we produce and sell Moinha, Broken Leaf, Pekoe and Orange Pekoe.

Within the green tea category, we produce and sell Hysson and Encosta de Bruma green tea.

We produce, to a lesser extent, Oolong, Pouchong, White and Gunpowder.

We also sell blends of green and black tea with various plants and fruits. These products can be consulted in our store.
